Category guidelines - What division should you compete in?

Learning about different organizations (Tru is 4x PNBA Natural Olympia Sports Model champion and is an IFBB Pro in physique as well as classic physique. LaRita was the OCB Pro Figure Champion at Yorton Cup 2018 and has competed as a pro in PNBA bikini and figure, DFAC, and OCB)

What the judges are looking for (physique, suits, tanning, and posing)

What to expect on show day (prejudging, finals, and getting judging feedback)

Competition nutrition and training advice

Posing per division (workshop will be split up for this)

Questions and answers, do’s and don’ts
