Tire Flips for Time
Tire Flips- Both athletes will flip the 500lb tire together. Achieve as many flips as possible within 60 seconds. Be sure to stay within the designated lane.
Deadlifts for Time
Deadlift- Each athlete will perform as many deadlifts as possible within a 60 second time period on a standard barbell following a down or good command from the judge. No drops. No Hooks. Straps and chalk allowed

Truck Push and Pull
Truck Push & Pull- Both athletes will push a Dodge Ram 1500 for 60 yards and then pull the truck back 60 yards using ropes for time.
Sandbag Relay
Sandbag Relay- One Partner will carry a sand bag for 100ft the other partner will carry the same sand bag back 100ft for time.

Clean and Press
Clean & Press- Each athlete will perform as many clean and press reps as possible on a standard barbell for time (60 seconds) following a down or good command from the judge. No Drops. Must return to ground for each rep.
